A rygr team member may reach out to you for a quick phone conversation. From there, finalists will be invited to interviews with the team. Timelines vary by role, but we aim to review applications weekly and communicate whenever possible, even if you’re not selected to move forward.
How can I check the status of my application?
If a position is still posted, we’re still reviewing candidates. We close roles as they fill, and sometimes postings overlap as our needs evolve.
What benefits does rygr offer?
We offer medical, dental and vision plans with an employee stipend, plus life, accident and disability insurance. Our team enjoys a matching 401(k), paid vacation time, volunteer time, sick time and family leave. Employees also receive a monthly wellness stipend and can take advantage of our flex time policy. Where are you located?
Carbondale and Denver, Colorado. Some roles may include occasional travel to client locations across North America and Europe.
Do you offer relocation assistance?
For some roles, yes. It depends on the position and the needs of the team.

While we’d prefer you’re based near one of our physical offices, rygr embraces flexibility and offers hybrid work on a case-by-case basis.
